Of course the buzz is all about the faux granite kits.
All of the counters i m talking about are all in the great room area.
It wasn t original but was upgraded in the early 90s by a flipper and had the ubiquitous black granite counters brown wood cabinets and ugly builder grade tile.
But children often outgrow that decor as they reach their teenage years which means that it s time to cover the chalkboard with a more attractive color of paint.
Unfortunately you can t simply apply an ordinary paint over your chalkboard surface.
